Here’s a brief summary of a project which we hope will induce you to discuss its operating procedures further.

As an HOST there will be no money involved

Tour of our companies.

This project deals with inviting electronic enterprises active in high-tech electromechanical engineering to visit the leading companies in this industrial segment. This tour will give the local companies the opportunity to demonstrate their technology, products, services and leadership in the electronic industry.

For the  companies being visited, this allows them to better assess their own capability to do business locally in order to enhance their visibility and  promote their products and services in the eyes of researchers and decision makers in the electromechanical field.  This exchange of views will allow companies to find new business opportunities and projects, and to be better known and accepted in the local market.

We strongly wish to have your cooperation in this matter and we thank you for your interest.

GETTING READY

Ground work needed to realize this project includes determining products and services, and technical subjects which the host company wants to promote.

 ( All invitations of participants, visitors, or associations and the technical subjects have to be approved by the company host )

1)     The host company will present their products and services and will elaborate on their technical needs.

2)     Each participant will present their products and services using a sample board built for this very purpose.

3)     Determination of date convenient to the host company.

4)     Preparation of the visiting day program.

      5)   Send invitation to visitors no charge for visitors

Cost

* Host no charge (All lunch are complimentary of RFM Electro / TradesShows.com)

The host have the possibility to present their facility new products and services to theirs customers, prospects, decisions maker of the industries and see new suppliers.

* Exhibitors $175.00

5 minutes is allow to the exhibitors to present their products and services in front of decision makers

* Visitors no charge (Make sure to be register and bring your business cards)

This give you the possibility to meet new contacts to exchange ideas to be known and seen
